1.2 Commodities

High-quality and distinctive products that can satisfy the lion user group.

1.3 Vertical e-commerce

The Lion Open Platform welcomes vertical e-commerce companies to settle in. Lions Open Platform is willing to share its high-quality user groups with professional vertical e-commerce companies, and welcomes vertical e-commerce to provide Lion users with professional and high-quality products and services in this field.


Chapter 2 Scope of Application

This standard applies to all sellers on the Lions Open Platform except life travel business (including but not limited to travel, hotel, ticketing, recharge, lottery).

3.4 The Lions Open Platform will update the investment promotion standards from time to time in accordance with the development trends of various industries, relevant national regulations and consumer purchase needs.

3.5 The seller must provide data and information truthfully:

3.5.1 Please ensure the authenticity, completeness and validity of the relevant qualifications and information provided during the application for settlement and subsequent business operations (if the relevant qualifications provided by the seller are provided by a third party, including but not limited to trademark registration certificates, authorization letters, etc. , Please be sure to verify the authenticity and integrity of the documents first). Once false qualifications or information are found, the Lions Open Platform will no longer cooperate with the seller and have the right to deal with it in accordance with the Lions Open Platform rules and the relevant agreements signed with the seller ;

3.5.2 The seller shall truthfully provide the subject of its store operation and related information, including but not limited to the actual business entity of the store, the agency operating company and other information;

3.5.3 The Lions Open Platform has relevant regulations regarding changes to the seller’s information and materials. However, if the seller changes the information listed in item 3.5.2, he should notify the Lions Mall in writing 10 days in advance; if the Lions Mall is not notified in advance, the Lions Mall It will be processed in accordance with the rules of the Lion Open Platform.

3.6 The Lions Open Platform does not accept applications from individual industrial and commercial households for the time being. The seller must be a formally registered enterprise, and temporarily does not accept applications from companies not registered in Mainland China.

3.7 The Lions Open Platform does not accept applications for opening stores for brands that have not obtained a trademark registration certificate or trademark acceptance notice issued by the State Trademark Administration, nor does it accept applications for trademarks of pure graphics. If the seller provides a trademark acceptance notice (TM status trademark), the registration application time must be six months.


Chapter 4 Types of Lion Mall Stores and Related Requirements

4.1 Flagship store, the seller uses its own brand (the trademark is R or TM status), or the exclusive authorization document issued by the right holder to open the brand flagship store on the Lion Open platform (the authorization document should specify the exclusivity and irrevocability) , Settled in the shops opened on the Lions Open Platform.

4.1.1 Flagship stores can have the following situations:

Operate a brand flagship store for own-brand products (private brand means that the trademark rights belong to the seller) or an exclusive authorization document issued by the right holder to open a brand flagship store on the Lions open platform (the authorization document should specify the exclusivity, Irrevocable) brand flagship store;

Brand flagship stores that operate multiple private-brand products and each brand belongs to the same actual controller (sub-brands of private-brands can be placed in the flagship store, and the trademark right holders of the main and sub-brands should be the same actual controller);

The flagship store opened by the trademark owner of the store-type brand (service trademark);

4.1.2 The subject of opening a store must be a brand (trademark) right holder or an authorized enterprise that has an exclusive authorization document issued by the right holder to open a flagship store on the Lion Open Platform.

4.2 Specialty stores, stores opened by the seller on the Lions Open Platform with authorization documents of other people's brands (trademarks are R or TM status).

4.2.1 Type of specialty store: a specialty store for sellers that operates one or more authorized brand products (the trademark owner of multiple authorized brands should be the same actual controller) but has not obtained the exclusive authorization of the brand (trademark) owner to enter the Lions Open Platform ;

4.2.2 The authorization documents issued by the brand (trademark) right holder should not have geographic restrictions.

4.3 Franchise stores, stores that operate two or more other people's or own brand (trademarks are R or TM status) products under the same first-level category on the Lions open platform.

4.3.1 For franchised stores, there can be the following situations:

The seller's franchise store that operates two or more other brand products under the same first-level category to enter the Lions Open Platform;

Seller’s franchise stores that operate under the same first-level category not only operating other’s brand products but also operating own-brand products on the Lions Open Platform.
